Note: We strongly advise against taking Route 1 on the day of the wedding, in order to avoid the Topsfield Fair's inevitable traffic jams.

(1) Take I-95.

(2) From points north: Take exit 52. Turn left onto Topsfield Rd, heading east towards Topsfield. Once you enter Topsfield, Topsfield Rd will become Boxford Rd, which will then merge with and become Washington St.

From points south: Take exit 51, and turn right onto Endicott Rd towards Topsfield. Once you enter Topsfield, Endicott Rd becomes Washington St.

When you reach the T intersection, take a right to continue on Washington St.

(3) At the Main St stop sign in Topsfield’s town center (1.5 mi from I95 exit 52), turn left but bear right. When you see the Rt 97 sign (0.3 mi), bear right to get on Ipswich Rd. After the Rt. 1 (0.9 mi) intersection, continue on Ipswich Rd for 2.9 mi. The Mansion will be on your left.
